Rhonda has been showing me houses since last October. Whenever I asked her, she scheduled time with the sellers and helped answer all kinds of questions for me. I was in California and bought one townhouse in February in Washington and one condo in April with Rhonda. She is a good negotiator and has saved thousands of dollars for me. I'm buying another home right now from her. I even don't need to go back to WA to close escrow or rent the home out. She helped me to show the house and give keys to the tenants, handyman, etc... I will let her sell all of my houses later because she always thinks about her clients. She has extensive professional knowledge and skill in real estate, especially in short sales. I really appreciate her help.
